Job Description

1) Identify opportunities for cross selling and up-selling from the first citizen base and design and implement campaign to achieve the same
2) Efficient and effective management of spends to maximize ROI of the campaigns run
3) Liaise with different teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of retention, cross selling and up-selling initiatives
4) Manage and implement loyalty campaigns to ensure retention of existing first citizens
5) Responsible for running the first update magazine as a profit center
Responsible for managing the gold program an exclusive relationship program for the premium gold tier of the first citizen program
6) Responsible for customer complaint resolution from first citizen members
7) Responsible for achievement of first citizen revenue programs

Desired Profile

Conceptualize and execute all communications and promotions relating to the First Citizen program to achieve the desired revenue targets
