A Sacramento firm is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst. All candidates for the Financial Analyst position must have experience within the Real Estate industry in order to be considered. Opportunity Responsibilities:

Working closely with and reporting to Controller

Collecting and analyzing financial data

Preparing and posting monthly accruals and account reconciliations

Interfacing with multiple departments and outside vendors

Ad hoc financial analyses

Requirements

The Financial Analyst will have the following Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years applicable experience

Experience in the Real Estate industry a must

Strong experience with financial modeling

Excellent research, analytical, and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with MS Office programs including expertise in Excel

Ability to work independently with little supervision

CPA/MBA preferred

Compensation:

Annual salary range is $75,000 to 90,000 depending on experience.
